Latin America to Your Heart - A Culinary Journey

Bringing generations of authentic Latin recipes to San Marcos with fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods that honor our cultural heritage.

From Honduran Roots to American Dreams

Hello friends! We started this journey in 2018 in Tijuana with a simple dream - sharing Honduras food with everyone. Like many Catrachos, we felt excited to bring our country's flavors to new places. After years of working on our recipes, we made the big move to San Marcos just twelve months ago, bringing a little piece of Honduras to California.
Every Recipe Tells Our Family's Story

Every Recipe Tells Our Family's Story

Our kitchen runs on family recipes passed down from our grandmothers. When we make baleadas, we use the same techniques our families used back home. Our plato típico features the combination of grilled meat, plantains, and cheese that represents true Honduran comfort food. These aren't just dishes - they're memories from our homeland served fresh daily.
Fresh Ingredients, Traditional Heart

Fresh Ingredients, Traditional Heart

We wake up early every morning to prepare everything fresh because that's how Honduran cooking works. Our carne asada gets marinated overnight with traditional spices from Honduras. The sopa de caracol uses the same coastal recipe our families made by the Caribbean sea. Even our tres leches cake follows the method our mothers taught us years ago in Honduras.

Bringing Honduras Pride to Every Plate

Honduras food represents pride, warmth, and variety from every region. Whether you try our northern-style baleadas or coastal seafood dishes, each bite connects you to the landscape of our country. We're not just serving food - we're sharing the culture, history, and love that makes Honduran cuisine special to families like ours.
